Rose advises insurers on cyber risks, data protection and privacy issues and is recognised by clients as an expert in the cyber market. Rose has experience managing and assisting clients on a range of high profile and multi-jurisdictional cyber incidents including advising on international regulatory issues, litigation risks and international data protection obligations.

Rose’s experience advising clients in a variety of sectors means that her advice is both technical and commercially astute.

Rose also supports clients in a variety of sectors to improve their cyber resilience through a range of pre-breach and post-breach services, whilst partnering with technical experts where required. She is also actively involved with developing innovative cyber products for her clients.

In addition to this, Rose advises insurers on cyber coverage issues, policy drafting and wording reviews. Rose is also active in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space and frequently provides seminars and training on the intersection of cyber risk and AI.

Bethan regularly advises clients on cyber and data breach risk, cyber incident response, regulatory compliance and data protection liability.

With extensive experience helping organisations and their Insurers prepare for and respond to cyber threats, Bethan is a trusted advisor in navigating the complex lifecycle of cyber incident management—from proactive incident readiness planning and tabletop exercises, to real-time breach response and post-incident remediation and privacy litigation.

Bethan frequently engages with a wide range of regulators (ICO, SRA, FCA, Charities Commission, Pensions Regulator, PCI DSS compliance), as well as law enforcement agencies (NCSC, NCA, Action Fraud) and technical experts to contain incidents and minimise legal, reputational and financial impact.

In addition, Bethan has experience coordinating global incident response efforts in collaboration with local counsel, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.
