A Day at the Races

We are delighted to announce that in partnership with BIBA Yorkshire & Northern, we are holding "A Day at the Races" on Friday 19 September 2025 at the spectacular Royal Armouries, Leeds.

A fun day is guaranteed with all the usual entertainment that you would expect at the races, including drinks reception & a three course meal.

Timings - Final details will be shared closer to the event, but approximate timings are as follows:

11:30 - Arrival for drinks reception
12:30 - 3 course lunch
14:30 - Races with DJ/sax entertainment
17:00 - Event close

Format – Guests will be provided with a programme/form card and fun money to place bets on the races, which will be screened at set times throughout the afternoon. At the end of the afternoon prizes will be awarded (1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd) for the most fun money won.

Charity – We will be raising funds during the day for Cash for Kids. There will be representatives from the charity in attendance and a charity raffle.

We expect high demand with sponsorship packages still available, and bookings for tables of 10 are now open.
