The FCA recently published a very detailed consultation paper on diversity and inclusion. Rightly so, it is high on the regulator´s agenda. Artificial intelligence and its potential impact on diversity and inclusion in companies, as well as our relationships with customers, is a critical issue that needs much more attention than it is currently receiving.

In this webinar, we will explore the issues of how AI potentially impacts issues of diversity and inclusion in both our internal and external relationships and what we need to be doing now with this ticking time-bomb!

Learning Outcomes By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

➢ Identify the links between AI and diversity and inclusion.

➢ recognise how AI can influence, for better or for worse, diversity and inclusion in our internal and external relationships.

➢ implement a strategy to ensure AI is used in a responsible way so as not to undermine diversity and inclusion.
