As President of the Insurance Institute of Mid Kent, it is my pleasure to formally invite you to our 88th Annual Dinner on Friday 03rd May 2024, which will once again be held at the popular and prestigious location of Leeds Castle.
Our focus for the evening is to give everyone a chance to network with colleagues and friends from across our local insurance community, all whilst raising vital money for charity, and most importantly having some fun! So please join us from 7 pm for pre-drinks. A 3-course dinner will then be served from 8 pm and will be followed by the evening’s entertainment, with carriages at 1 am.
As is tradition, the dress code for the evening will be black tie and evening dress.
Bookings can now be made individually or for tables of 8, with an early bird ticket price of £75 per person or £600 for a full table. Based on previous demand, we expect this to be a sell-out event, so early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment!
If you require accommodation we have secured discounted room rates at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel which is close by to the venue and will have a shuttle bus to and from. Their office hours are from 8 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday, and please note that it is not possible to book the secured rates outside of these hours. There will also be a courtesy shuttle service running at the end of the evening to take guests back to the Mercure where required.
