Our focus this year is getting our next generation more involved in networking events around the region so they can reap the benefits of this wonderful profession. We have recently recruited some fantastic new members to our Next Gen Committee and I’m excited to share some of their events with you soon!

We are also putting a lot of effort into promoting Diversity and Inclusion, something which I am so passionate about. I’m so proud of our profession and how it’s open to anyone of any background but, for us to remain relevant and service our customers in the best possible way, we need to represent society and there’s absolutely no denying that we have a way to go currently. I know that businesses are taking this challenge seriously and we, as your Local Institute, want to support this through our events, projects and training.
