March Lunch

Our March speaker is Richard Headington who is the Managing Director of Channel Islands Adjusters Ltd, the Channel Islands only locally owned Chartered Loss Adjusting company.

Channel Islands Adjusters was established in 2004 by Richard and Julie-anne Headington and now employs four Chartered Loss Adjusters. Richard has worked in the insurance profession for 34 years and is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, a Chartered Loss Adjuster and also holds the British Damage Management Association ‘insurance technician’ qualification.

Channel Islands Adjusters deals with major and complex insurance claims, throughout the Channel Islands, including storm, flood, escape of water and fire damage, for predominantly locally based insurers.

Richard will be speaking to us about Domestic Fire Claims

• The importance of a prompt response
• The key issue of being adequately insured

The talk will take place at Moore's Hotel on Wednesday 11^th March at 12.30pm. (£12 for members of the Insurance Institute of Guernsey and £14 for non-members). Please do remember that the attendance fee is payable whether lunch is taken or not.

Please feel free to encourage non-member colleagues to attend should this be an area of interest but, please note, members of the Insurance Institute of Guernsey will receive priority in the event of capacity being reached.

Attendance will provide 30 minutes of Structured CPD under the Chartered Insurance Institute's CPD scheme.
