Join Brodies LLP’s Casualty and Recoveries teams as they present a mock road traffic proof. Through the course of the afternoon, they will guide you through the key considerations when preparing for a trial; the type of evidence which might influence the trial; and how the role of claims handlers and insurers investigating the claim can impact its outcome.
