Following the interactive session with Fairer Finance, Part 2 of the Shared Scotland webinar series brings together a cross-sector panel of industry experts for a dynamic discussion and live Q&A. The Consumer Duty is one of the biggest changes in financial services regulation for 20 years, and it is underpinned by behavioural science.
