About the speaker:
The Course will be run by Jay Unwin – Training & Development Director.
Jay brings over a decade of multidisciplinary experience across education, fitness, and psychology. With an MSc in Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Biology, Jay is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, as well as an associate member of both the International Stress Management Association and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Jay’s career includes roles as a science teacher, functional fitness coach, and gym owner, providing a unique perspective on the intersection of physical and mental wellbeing.
Having personally navigated burnout, cancer, depression, and fibromyalgia, Jay is deeply committed to driving cultural change and empowering individuals and organisations with practical tools to thrive at work and in life. Jay’s lived experience, combined with professional expertise, fuels a mission to create healthier, more resilient communities.
