About the session:
This interactive session explores the power of proactive referrals on client relationships. We’ll share how to identify and proactively generate new business through trusted referrals and authentic recommendations, with confidence.
We’ll also learn how to create meaningful client advocacy, how to ask without awkwardness and how to position ourselves as professional that clients naturally want to recommend.

About the speaker:
The Course will be run by Barbara Darlington of Zing 365.
Barbara has over 20 years of real world sales experience in outbound lead generation, business development and senior leadership roles in the insurance broking, IT and Technology sectors.
Barbara has consulted and worked for insurance brokers of many specialisms and sizes, from smaller regional brokers, to top 100 regionals and latterly with one of the larger M&A groups through a time of rapid growth.
