Summer Curry Night

The evening will begin, after a welcome drink, with a cooking demonstration by an experienced Indian Chef with a focus on a specific region of the country. We will be informed how spices are mixed to create the complex flavours of the cuisine.

After the demonstation we will sit down to a beautiful meal where there will be a range of meat and vegetarian curries on offer along with traditional accompaniments. Wine will also be included with the meal
