Remaining Resilient Workshop

Quality Care Group
Wednesday, 19 November 2025
10:00 am – 12:45 pm (UK time)
    • Claire Russell, CEO, Founder & Lead Trainer, Mental Health in Business

Resilience is fundamental to good mental health and wellbeing, and success in business/work and life. Resilience is something that can be developed, to improve mental wellbeing and as a protective factor against poor mental health.

Claire Russell, founder and CEO of Mental Health in Business, will deliver this powerful workshop. She brings a wealth of lived experience - she will share some of her own experiences as a mental health educator and advocate, her lived experience of mental illness and suicide; and lessons learned in her long career as an insurance broker.

In this practical, positive and empowering workshop session, Claire will explore ways in which we can build our resilience. She will also look at how we can identify the resilient qualities that we have already. This gives us a base line – and helps us to see that we already have some resilient qualities, which we can then build on to positively impact all areas of life.
