Lee Phillips - Coaching Ambassador at NFU Mutual
Lee has worked in sales for over 20 years, in the motor trade and then for the last 10 years in the insurance industry working for the NFU Mutual, mainly focusing on the High Net Worth sector. Within this time, he was introduced to coaching and mentoring which soon became a passion that he wanted to pursue.
Allowing individuals to build on confidence, self-esteem and create a positive path in any situation is a real motivation for Lee. Empowering others to reach their true potential, find their own strengths, build on and remove any barriers that stand in the way, gives him a real satisfaction that he and they can explore that journey together and reach the goals they set out to achieve.
Gaining his Foundation Level in Transformational Coaching via Catalyst 14, has led Lee to develop his practice internally with the NFU Mutual, becoming a Coaching Ambassador within the community and culture that they encourage throughout the business. Also externally, Lee is now looking to start his own coaching business (LPC), which he looks forward to launching soon.
