Breaking the Silence: Empowering Men's Mental Health in the Workplace
This new-for-2025 session is designed to address the unique mental health challenges faced by men in the workplace.
The webinar will draw on evidence-based approaches and MHIB’s commitment to reducing stigma and fostering positive mental health cultures. The session will also explore the barriers men encounter in seeking support, the impact of traditional gender norms, and practical strategies for building resilience and wellbeing.
Participants will gain insights into recognising signs of distress in themselves and others, learn how to initiate supportive conversations, and access resources to maintain long-term mental health.
The session will be interactive, combining expert input with real-world scenarios and group discussion to ensure actionable takeaways.
