Bio

With over 20 years of commercial business experience, Claire combines a pragmatic, credible approach with the latest thinking in business performance to design and deliver impactful and engaging training programmes. Starting her career in the clothing industry, Claire progressed to Sales and Marketing Director of a large Workwear Manufacturer, before a career change to pursue her passion for training and L&D. With a specific interest in empowering women at work, Claire is an expert communicator and facilitator.
