Speaker Biography
Dave Rees is a highly experienced development consultant, facilitator and coach with over 25 years experience of supporting people in developing their management and leadership skills. He has a wealth of knowledge in areas such as influencing skills and change management and has a proven track record in ensuring people cross the bridge between workshop and workplace by providing practical hints and tips that enhance performance. This is Dave's third session for SII with his previous two sessions on Effective Influencing and Effective Time Management helping attendees with very practical techniques.
