This session will provide attendees with an update on offshore bond structures, taking account current legislation and taxation. 'Best of Both Worlds' covers objectives, advantages, disadvantages of gift & Loan Trusts, Discounted loan and Flexible Reversionary Trusts. There will also be a review of any content in the budget covering any significant changes to taxation or allowances.
Attendees will also receive an overview of ESG investment methodology, the presentation will include a review of regulatory developments, how to assess suitability and the potential impact on performance of ESG filtering.
