91st Annual Dinner Friday 1st March 2024

Bookings are now open for our 91st Annual Dinner taking place at Reading Town Hall from 6pm on Friday 1st March 2024.

Tickets of £95 or tables of ten at £950 available. Three Course meal, a welcome drink of Prosecco or elderflower presse and sparkling water plus half a bottle of house wine included in the ticket price per guest. Part tables also available to book.

All guests must adhere to the CII Code of Ethics when attending our events, including our Annual Dinner. A copy of the Code of Ethics may be downloaded here

Bookings must be received by 20th January 2024 and ALL payments by 31st January 2024.

Please download both forms and the Code of Ethics. Please return the booking form to us ASAP and we will raise an invoice BEFORE the end of 2023 if preferred for payment from 2023 budget.

All payments must reach us by 31st January 2024 to guarantee your table/s.

Please note that we are able to offer a concessionary rate for Reading Institute Next Gen members i.e under 35, both CII and PFS members seated on our Next Gen table of £65 per person, where our members are not attending with their company, but would like to attend as a Reading Next Gen member
