In this talk, Jonathan Watmough of Keystone Law explains:

• How claims arise
• How, in practice, claims are conducted
• The funding available for claims
• The legal issues / principles that arise
• Steps that can be taken to avoid claims

Jonathan specialises exclusively in resolving professional negligence claims and has done so for over 15 years. Having previously defended such claims (at DAC Beachcroft, Mills & Reeve and Womble Bond Dickinson) for professional indemnity insurers, Jonathan now acts for claimants and uninsured defendants, both in relation to claims and any policy disputes arising from them.

This CPD event will be of interest to everyone working or involved in the insurance and professional financial services industry.
