Annual Dinner 2022
As president of the Insurance Institute of Mid Kent, it is my pleasure to formally invite you to our 86th annual Dinner Dance on Friday 8th April 2022, which will once again be held at the popular and prestigious location of Leeds Castle.
The focus of the evening is to give everyone a chance to network with colleagues and friends from across our local insurance community and most importantly have some fun! So please join us from 7.00pm for pre-drinks. A 3 course dinner will then be served from 8pm and will be followed by the evening’s entertainment, with carriages at 1.00am.
As is tradition, dress code for the evening will be black tie and evening dress.
Bookings can now be made individually or for tables of 8, with a ticket price of £75 per person or £600 for a full table. Based on demand, we expect this to be a sell-out event, so early booking is advisable.
If you require accommodation, there are a very limited number of rooms available at Leeds Castle on a first come first served basis. We have also negotiated discounted room rates at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes hotel which is close by to the venue.
If you would like to make a reservation at the Mercure, please call their reservations team on 01622 528565, option 1 and quote the unique reference code ‘COVE240420’ to secure this rate. Their office hours are from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and please note that it is not possible to book the secured rates outside of these hours.
There will also be a courtesy shuttle service running at the end of the evening to take guests back to the Mercure where required.
