Liam Whelan — Regional Manager, North and Scotland Risk Management Team, Ecclesiastical

Liam is a highly experienced Risk Management Surveyor at Ecclesiastical, having joined the organisation in 2005 with a specialist focus on heritage risks. Since 2020, he has led the North and Scotland Risk Management Team, combining technical surveying expertise with strategic oversight to support clients across a wide range of sectors. Liam offers deep practical insight into the risks associated with both historic and modern buildings and has a strong track record of helping insureds reduce exposures and enhance protection for people, property, and assets. He regularly delivers expert-led training and seminars on fire safety, security, valuation, and health and safety, supporting the Benefact Group and their clients in building resilience and managing risk effectively.
