The past may be over, but it also offers us rich resources - if we are open to the art of self reflection. Without the ability to self-reflect, you run the risk of making the same mistakes, not being able to link your behaviours and habits to your results, and becoming helpless and lost. Michael has been actively self reflecting for many years, and teaching and training business professionals and leaders how they can do as well. He believes that all of the highest value in his life has come through the process of self reflection, and he can show you how to use this vital process too.

Learning objectives
1. Learn how to use open ended questions to extract value from the situations, relationships and behaviours in your life
2. Learn different self reflection methods- visual, written, audio, contemplative and social- so you can use the ones that suit you best
3. Real life examples of the power of self-reflection and how utilising it can help you to make progress towards your goals, as well as experience deeper purpose, meaning and understanding in your life.
