Being assertive is a key skill and part of having healthy and productive relationships both at work and in our personal lives. If you are shy, introverted, you find it hard to say no and get overwhelmed dealing with challenging characters, then this training session is for you. With 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors, Michael can show you simple and effective techniques and approaches, which don't require you to change your personality, just add in a bit of assertiveness and thus get what you want, without hurting yourself or someone else.

Learning objectives:
1. 10 unique techniques for how to think, feel and demonstrate appropriate assertiveness in the workplace and in your personal life
2. Opportunities to plan out approaches and apply the assertiveness techniques in the areas that matter most to you
3. Learn how to create and put in place healthy boundaries, through assertiveness, to look after you at work and in your personal life
