This session is designed for anyone with an interest in women’s health; offering practical, evidence-based insights into what, how, and when we eat can impact our health from adolescence through later life. So, while the main spotlight might be on women, the information we’ll share will benefit anyone looking to optimise their health, energy, and overall well-being through the power of food.

5:30pm arrivals for the presentations to start by 6pm. After the presentations, we'll provide some delicious and nutritious food to fit the event theme!

Overall Goal: Empower attendees with practical, evidence-based dietary strategies for improved health at every life stage, highlighting the crucial role of gut health.

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe what our bodies and brains need to function at our best. Understanding key nutrients relevant to your life stage, whether you're navigating low energy levels, poor sleep, fluctuating mood, hormonal balance.
  • Explain gut health: Our special guest speaker will demystify the critical link between your gut and overall well-being, including its impact on hormones, mood, and immunity.
  • List practical tips on making positive choices, and hacks on how to incorporate sustainable habits into busy lifestyles.
  • Apply knowledge to nourish your body and thrive whatever stage of life.
