Overview
David Cain is a suicide survivor and will take you on a journey of discovery around the topic. Using real life stories and up to date statistics this workshop will provide clear and useful life saving techniques for all in attendance. There are a lot of misconceptions, false narrative, and uneducated discussions online around Suicide, David brakes the taboo and soundbites and provides a real world, human approach to prevention through connection.
David has impacted so many lives already and works with organisations such as Cheshire Police, Peter Vardy Group, South West Water, Create Solutions, Wrexham University Hospital, to name but a few. Here are a few testimonials from those who have attended one of David's events:
"I had the pleasure of listening to David during his presentation on "Blue Monday 2024" The talk was very thought provoking about how our minds work and techniques to control our thoughts processes for better outcomes. I was quickly able to learn the key objectives which I will take foward in my personal life and work life to achieve more success. I have attended a number of wellbeing training events but this is the standout one for me." - Tony Morrisey, Nine Chambers Manchester.
"David mixed personal goals and ideals with business performance results, something we can all relate to on some level. He has clearly had a great deal of success in his various business roles and it was interesting to hear how some of the basic well-being ethics behind his business decisions delivered outstanding results. For me, the most interesting part of David's delivery were the personal details that he was open to sharing. I always think if someone gives a heartfelt part of themselves to their audience, it inspires. I certainly felt inspired and energised after David's session and would whole-heartedly recommend for any work event for a culture that promotes performance from a nurturing perspective - which is where we should all be, I think!" - Helen O'Neill, The Broker Investment Group.
