Nick qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 having trained with the firm. He left the firm in 2021 before returning as a Partner in 2024.

Nick is part of our Complex Claims Team. He has extensive experience of defending employers’, public and product liability claims involving complex liability issues, contractual issues and multiple defendants across the Retail, Public, Sports and Construction sectors.

He has a particular specialism in Construction Sector claims and regularly advises insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates and national and international corporations critically analysing all options to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

Nick also has a wealth of experience dealing with cases involving arguments of Fundamental Dishonesty including achieving findings at trial in a case worth in excess of £1million.

He regularly advises clients on technical policy, indemnity and coverage issues and frequently provides training sessions on a variety of Insurance topics.
