Dr. Ioannis Mavroudis

Dr Mavroudis is a Neurologist and trained Expert Witness who is instructed on clinical negligence and personal injury cases by Claimants and Defendants. He is also experienced in giving evidence in court. Dr Mavroudis has completed over 1,000 reports and has 5+ years as an expert witness. He has worked on cases including, criminal, civil, clinical negligence, PI, serious and catastrophic injury, employee liability, breach of duty, causation and condition and prognosis. A large proportion of these cases related to traumatic brain injury (TBI), post-concussion syndrome, functional neurological disorder (FND), motor neurone disease (MND, dementia, peripheral nerve injury and epilepsy.

Brian McCluggage

Brian McCluggage is a barrister specialising in catastrophic personal injury cases. He is Head of the Personal Injury Team. With extensive experience in handling cases where the pleaded value exceeds seven figures, Brian is well-equipped to act as sole counsel in cases valued at up to £15 million. Brian’s approach to evidential analysis and preparation is rigorous and he has a particular expertise in dealing with complex scientific and technical evidence. He enjoys working collaboratively with professional clients who share this philosophy as part of a team dedicated to achieving the best outcome for their clients. Brian is a formidable advocate in the courtroom, adept at cross-examining both lay and expert witnesses, particularly when exposing inconsistencies and challenging evidence that seeks to obscure rather than clarify the issues. He is known for his robust and incisive approach to advocacy.

Fraser Lindsay

Fraser Lindsay specialises in dealing with high value cases, arising from RTA, EL/PL and Catastrophic injury claims and represents both Claimants and Defendants in such matters. He has vast experience of handling seven-figure value claims, which often conclude at JSM stage and has also been led by eminent Silks in the field, in some of the highest value of these claims. He is regarded as being both practical but robust in his approach to securing a successful outcome in his cases.

Lee Cook

Lee is experienced in all areas of law relating to personal injury including EL, PL and motor claims. He specialises in large loss and catastrophic injury claims including chronic pain cases, traumatic brain injuries, fatal accidents and polytrauma claims. He has a specific interest and is considered by insurer clients to be market-leading in claims involving functional neurological disorder and claims were fundamental dishonesty has been alleged.

Jonathan Green

Jonathan specialises in high-value personal injury litigation, including road traffic accidents (RTA) and employer liability/public liability (EL/PL) claims. His expertise also extends to healthcare including clinical negligence and Inquest matters, as well as subrogated property damage claims on behalf of insurers.
