Good Vibes Monday – event to help you feel uplifted and energised

You’ve probably heard the Henry Ford quote ‘If you think you can or you think you can’t, then you’re probably right’. This is because once our brain has decided something, it will look to notice things to prove you right.

So if you think Blue Monday is going to be Blue then it will be.

On so called ‘Blue Monday’, Emma Dechoux will take you through an interactive session that will leave you feeling nothing but Good Vibes and definitely not Blue. She will give you practical tips and tools that you can use to give your mind a positive focus including how to silence the negative self-talk and harness your resilience.

Emma Dechoux inspires people to achieve results through her coaching, workshops, and programmes.

Emma has over 17 years’ experience in Learning & Development, sales training, customer experience and management and leadership training. Working at operational and strategic levels, her background spans the hi-tech and more recently the consultancy industry working within diverse organisations ranging from healthcare through to tech, pharma and retail.
