The Institute held its annual Awards Evening on Thursday 29 September at the University of Leicester. The evening was attended by 40 members and guests, and an excellent hot buffet supper was served.

Two golf days; Nottingham Institute on 1st September, BIBA on 4th October

Two Autumn golf events are being held in Nottingham; The Nottingham Insurance Institute's national charity golf day and BIBA's East Midlands golf competition.

Rural Hostelry Excursion

On Friday 29 July the Institute conducted its annual Rural Hostelry Excursion. This year’s trip in the traditional 1961 Bristol bus was “Sold Out” well in advance and, although the weather was not as wonderful as in previous years, the evening was thoroughly enjoyed by those taking part.

Insurance Charities Awareness Week - a big success!

Over 30,000 people working in insurance were reached during ICAW in over 225 offices in the UK and Ireland with news of the work we do to help insurance people in need.
