Shaping the future of insurance returns
Following the success of their first digital conference for members in 2021, the Chartered Insurance Institute will host another event open to all members this September.
Shaping the Future of Insurance: elevating the customer experience is a half-day event which will bring a holistic view to how insurance professionals think about customers.
The Chartered Insurance Institute's President Peter Blanc will set the scene by hosting a panel discussion which will provide a strategic overview of the essential role that advice and guidance play in delivering good outcomes for the public.
We will then present a case study looking at the impact of the FCA's Consumer Duty, which will look at how a more demanding regulatory approach will create a far greater need for professionals who can deliver effective help and guidance in both face-to-face and digital environments.
The final segment will bring together senior leaders from our Broking, Claims and Underwriting Societies to look at the practical ways in which firms can meet the challenges of a changing world and regulatory demands. How can the right help and advice be given throughout the customer relationship, from purchase to claim?
The event is open to professionals across the insurance sector, is free of charge for all CII members and provides 3 CPD hours.
