The Rt Hon Sir Oliver Letwin was the principal speaker at the President's Mansion House Lunch together with Alderman Dr Andrew Parmley, The Rt Hon The Lord Mayor of the City of London. They discussed:

  • The lead up to and fallout from Brexit
  • What happens next and what to expect
  • How the UK/London tech sector can continue to thrive post Brexit

This exclusive networking event took place in the exquisite surroundings of the Egyptian Hall at Mansion House. Lunch ran from 12.00pm until 2.30pm with tickets priced at £150 per person include a sparkling wine reception, three course lunch and beverages.

The Rt Hon Sir Oliver Letwin MP is a Conservative politician. He has served as a Member of Parliament for West Dorset since 1997. He was Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster from 2014 to 2016. Following the 2015 general election, he was given overall responsibility for the Cabinet Office and became a full member of the Cabinet in the Conservative government. He had previously been Minister of State for Government Policy from 2010 and 2015. He is also chairman of the Conservative Research Department and chaired the Conservative Party's Policy Review from 2005 to 2010.

Part of the proceeds from this event was donated to the Lord Mayor's Appeal and the remainder applied to furthering the work of the Insurance Institute of London.
