Avoiding the bear traps! Managing the industry’s sanctions exposure post-Brexit
In this IIL London Market webinar, Andy Stevenson and Alex Booth, Partners of Elborne Mitchell, gave participants an understanding of the UK legal position with regard to sanctions legislation, both pre and post-Brexit, and focussed on on recent case law and practical tips for the insurance industry.
