Event Cancellation Insurance & Covid-19 claims: a comparison of NYC and London experience
In this IIL accident webinar, Michael Frimet and Liam O’Connell will compare their experience in NYC and London of the key common issues arising in relation to event cancellation claims relating to Covid-19.
Michael and Liam will consider how New York and English law treat questions of policy triggers, proximate cause and the operation of communicable disease exclusions and extensions.
