Pool Night

With the dark nights and freezing weather looking firmly here to stay, the Insurance Society of Edinburgh’s Sports Club are delighted to announce that the first event of 2020 will involve no time outside, doesn’t require any lycra clothing, and even allows you to enjoy a drink or two!

We’re very pleased to invite you to our inaugural pool night, set to be staged at Eastside (George Street, Edinburgh) on 27th February – giving you plenty of time to practice your cue skills!

Whilst the evening will run as a tournament (with an incredible trophy / infinite glory awaiting the winner), this will be a fun, informal night and a great way to catch up with your colleagues and peers after a busy start to the year. We’ll have a couple of tables available, so if you’d rather just play a casual game or two (or don’t want to play at all) you’re still very welcome.

Doors will open at 17.30 for a 18.00 start, and both members & non-members alike are more than welcome to attend. With some drinks behind the bar, food being laid on to fuel you through the evening, and absolutely free entry, this is an event not to miss!
