The Insurance Society of Edinburgh are pleased to announce their next CPD event will focus on the business benefits of having a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture.

The evidence shows that creating a diverse and inclusive business is not merely the right thing to do, its good for the bottom line. Inclusive and diverse organisations make better decisions, are more productive, reach more customers and retain more talent.

In this focused talk, you will go beyond the theory and create an experience of Diversity and Inclusion, then we'll show you the steps to harness its productive advantage.

The event will be delivered by Andy Currie, Founding Director and Chief Curiosity Officer at Think Distinct Ltd, a unique consultancy that helps individuals and organisations develop a productive advantage through high performing Thinking, Learning and Leadership.

As an Executive Coach and faclitator and with his team of associates, he has worked with thousands profesionals across the UK and internationally, to improve their ability to change, think more strategically, communicate and create switched on learning teams. He is a Certified Professional Behavioural Modeller, an expert in Applied Developmental Behavioural Modelling,

A Certified NLP Trainer and Systemic Coach and a graduate in Psychology. Andy speaks regularly around the UK and has been a regular guest on BBC radio talking on topics from self-belief to the changing nature of careers.
