Digital Design for Accessibility
Not everyone processes visual information in the same way. How do you ensure your message lands when you don’t know the communication preferences or neurodivergent needs of your audience? This session provides an overview of practical tools & global standards to design accessible content, specifically slides. Whether this is for face to face or online communications for staff or clients we cover some basic design principles that will help you boost inclusion and help your audience to access the messages you want to give, whether a sales presentation, staff training or communication session or a client review meeting.
At Crosby Management Training, they provide apprenticeship programmes and qualifications that are all about managing and developing the ‘people’ side of your business.
As part of this offer, we’re excited to host our Digital Design for Accessibility, for members. This interactive workshop will introduce the essential design tools and global standards that can be immediately applied to make learning content more inclusive and accessible to all.
The session will be led by Matt Bishop, Crosby’s Digital Learning Designer Curriculum Lead. With expertise in creating engaging, user-focused digital resources, Matt will guide attendees through common accessibility needs and demonstrate practical steps to embed inclusive design into everyday work. You’ll leave the session with both knowledge that can be put into action straight away to improve your own communications.
