Thursday, 25 June 2020
10:00 am – 11:00 am (UK time)
    • Kay Morgan, Mental Health Trainer

As a Mental Health Campaigner and MHFA England Instructor Member, our trainer Kay Morgan provides mental health awareness and skills training to a variety of organisations, businesses and communities nationally with the aim of helping people to develop the skills to look after their own and others' wellbeing and reduce the stigma associated with mental ill health.

As a highly experienced trainer, she has spent the past 20 years working with many individuals experiencing a range of Mental Health issues and in 2009 undertook four years of part time training to become a Homeopath which gave her an excellent understanding of the importance of holistic wellbeing.

This session is Health and Wellbeing related and the talk focuses on how we can work more productively and efficiently by working in a more mindful way.

The webinar will be delivered via Zoom during which Kay will talk/present for an hour and share the presentation with the attendees. It will cover the following and you will practice a variety of techniques including mindful breathing and mindful observations, both of which can be very calming, particularly if any of the attendees experience any symptoms of anxiety.

Attendees would need to just bring pen/paper in case they want to make notes.

The webinar will focus on the following learning objectives and techniques
