Event description

The human ability to regulate our emotional state and be able to control our behaviours and adapt to our challenges and adversities is what has driven us as a species from caves, to sky scrapers. The science now exists so that we may learn the neurobiological processes of this species-defining power, and harness it to our advantage. James teaches this process, knowledge is power.
