The aim of the session is to help attendees to understand the benefits of active listening and non-judgemental communication, and how they can both be put into practice, to contribute to a psychologically safe and healthy workplace.

At the Insurance Institute of Bournemouth (IIB) we're delighted to announce the creation of two early career bursaries to help secure the succession of the council for generations to come. Each bursary is £1,000, to be paid in two instalments (50% at the start and 50% at the end of the year of service). This is an exciting opportunity to future proof your career and this is open to young professionals in the insurance and personal finance industries.
