Quantum Claims Compensation Specialists Ltd, was established in 1988. It operates from offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow and deals with around 5,000 cases at any given time. Over the 30-year period they have built up an enviable reputation through settlement of many thousands of claims.
As well as dealing with individual claims, they have also dealt with multiple claims following disasters such as Piper Alpha and the Lockerbie Air Crash and class actions relating to employment law and medical product liability.
The realisation that the general public would greatly benefit from a specialist compensation claims management company came from Chairman, Frank H Lefevre, a solicitor in practice in Aberdeen since 1959.
Frank will reflect on how things have changed in this area of claims over the last 30 years and where this area might go in the future.
Tea, coffee and bacon rolls will be provided from 9am with the presentation running from 9.30am until 11am, including a Q&A.
