Important Notice - Security
Registering for Lectures at Lloyd's Old Library
New security requirements at Lloyd's
IIL lectures attended by non-Lloyd's pass holders MUST register at least 24 hours before each lecture via the IIL website
Lloyd's now insist that every non-Lloyd's pass holder is issued with a name badge prior to entry. Photo ID will need to be shown at the IIL lecture reception desk (left hand side on entering Lloyd's).
Also, non-Lloyd's pass holders will now be subject to bag scanning - please allow 15 minutes to complete this process.
If you do not have a Lloyd's pass or have not registered 24 hours prior to the lecture, no access will be given.
Please note:
CII members still have free of charge access to IIL lectures.
CII membership cards are no longer acceptable as ID for entry to IIL lectures at Lloyd's.
Non-CII members may still attend IIL lectures and will still be required to purchase an entry ticket (£10 per lecture).
Paid-for tickets to IIL lectures are not transferable.
Lectures will commence at 1.15pm to 2.00pm and, by kind permission of Lloyd's, will be held in the Old Library, Lloyd's, One Lime Street, EC3M
Registering for Lectures at Xchanging Auditorium
All those wishing to attend a lecture at Xchanging must register attendance for each lecture.
CII Members, Non-CII Members and Lloyd's Pass Holders: must register online at least one working day in advance via the Institute's website. Please read the conditions shown below.
These actions will enable automatic registration and confirmation of your attendance will be sent by e-mail.
Lectures will commence at 1.15pm to 2.00pm and, by kind permission of Xchanging, be held in the Auditorium, 34 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 1AX.
Registering for Lectures at Willis Auditorium
All those wishing to attend a lecture at Willis must register attendance for each lecture.
CII Members, Non-CII Members and Lloyd's Pass Holders: must register online at least one working day in advance via the Institute's website. Please read the conditions shown below.
These actions will enable automatic registration and confirmation of your attendance will be sent by e-mail.
Lectures will commence at 1.15pm to 2.00pm and, by kind permission of Willis, will be held in the Auditorium, 51 Lime Street, EC3M.
Conditions
- To permit entry e-mail confirmations must be printed and brought to the lecture.
- Registration can only be achieved on-line - at least one working day in advance.
- Attendance confirmations are non-transferable to any other person or lecture. If after registration and payment you are unable to attend a refund will not be available.
- All those who register to attend IIL lectures must arrive by 1.00pm to ensure entry.
- Seats cannot be guaranteed at any venue.
Where it has assisted a member's development needs each IIL Lecture qualifies for up to 15 credits in the CII / PFS CPD scheme.
